You must be available at the scheduled time to grant access to the premises. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with advance notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning. We accept payment through various methods, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment platforms. Prices for services are provided in advance and may vary based on the scope of the service, the size of the property, and the level of cleaning required.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the cleaning team has access to all areas to be cleaned. It is also your responsibility to remove any valuables or fragile items from areas to be cleaned to avoid potential damage. While our team takes care to clean your home, Sparkling Maids is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by negligence.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will work to resolve the issue by re-cleaning the areas of concern.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sparkling Maids is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning services provided.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Changes to Terms
